A great opportunity has come up within a successful and growing SME in West Sussex for someone looking to take the next step in their finance career.

This is a varied, hands on role where you’ll gain exposure across both sides of transactional finance and build on your existing experience in a supportive environment.

It would suit someone with 2-3 years’ experience in finance who is ready for a more rounded role with progression potential over time.

Role Overview:

• Full ownership of accounts payable processes
• Accounts receivable and credit control support
• Bank reconciliations and cash allocation
• Getting involved in wider finance tasks as the role develops

We’re looking for:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a finance or accounts role
• AAT studier
• Confident working with systems and Excel
• Strong communication skills, comfortable dealing with stakeholders
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to get stuck in
