Sandra McKinnon joins Harvey John as Head of Operations.

Harvey John is delighted to announce the appointment of Sandra McKinnon in the newly created role of Head of Operations. Sandra brings with her 15 years of management experience in specialist finance & professional services recruitment across the UK.

As Head of Operations, Sandra will be responsible for driving the growth strategy for the firm and ensuring that our clients and candidates have a seamless, high-touch experience.

She is also responsible for the recruitment, induction and development of our team and one of her first priorities is to attract a highly regarded Head of Temporary Services to lead our regional interim practice.
