Although we've been sending this newsletter out for a couple of years now, we were keen to share our tips, market updates and accountancy news with a wider reach and after a busy month we're pleased to welcome some new followers. Following last month's newsletter, a few people got in touch about some of the difficulties faced as an accountant in the networking world. As recruiters we are very used to networking but understand it can often be trial and error with the events and very much about playing the long game.
For us networking isn't just about attending events, we consider you to be a part of our network - we're happy to arrange a conversation or meet for coffee even if you might not be looking to change jobs right now.
We understand that this might seem counter productive but relationship building is a key component of networking. If you know a plumber you're not going to scour Google for one, well we hope it will be the same with us. If in 12 months when you're ready to explore the market, we'll be here waiting, ready to help you, with a sound knowledge of what you're looking for.
