Andrei Baev at Healys LLP:

Healys LLP is delighted to announce the appointment of Andrei Baev as Partner, the Head of the Energy and Infrastructure Department and the Head of Russia/CIS desk. With an impressive track record in international project finance transactions and international joint ventures, Andrei has over 25 years' experience in the development and financing of cross-border pipeline projects, independent power projects, mining and infrastructure projects around the world.

Prior to joining Healys, Andrei Baev held senior partnership positions at large US and UK international law firms in London, New York and Moscow.

Mark Crowter at Galloways:

Galloways, the leading Sussex accountancy practice, has hired a new Partner, Mark Crowter. Previously at RSM, Mark brings more than a decade of industry experience to an expanding team. A Chartered Accountant, Mark has experience working with companies, both large and small, across the manufacturing, technology, and media sectors and is well-placed to provide expert advice to support growing businesses across the region.

Mark said: "There's a real sense of enthusiasm in the offices to support our clients in the best way possible. It's great to see how, as a team, we can continue to grow our business by using our experience to help the region's raft of brilliant businesses."

Mark Judges at Sussex County Cricket Club:

Mark Judges has joined Sussex CCC as Commercial Director. As Commercial Director, he'll be responsible for setting and delivering the Commercial and Marketing strategy, coupled with being part of the organisation's leadership team who are ultimately accountable for driving the club forward.

Daily responsibilities include managing a team of seven to ensure delivery of all commercial revenue streams including sponsorship, hospitality, ticketing, membership and retail shop, in addition to overseeing the organisation's marketing and communications.

Travis Eyles at RocketMill:

Since joining RocketMill five years ago as an intern, Paid Media Manager Travis Eyles has set a new pace for himself. Managing the likes of National Geographic, Travis has become a fundamental role in the growth of his own team, client base and the agency at large, with a 100% win rate on new business.

His passion for environmental awareness led to Travis creating RocketMill's Planet First initiative and World Land Trust partnership. For every new client win, colleague hire or quarterly bonus achieved, RocketMill protects up to 10 acres through WLT's Buy An Acre programme - setting a standard for other agencies to follow by tying their business success with the protection of the planet.

Heather Ware at Chestnut Tree House:

Chestnut Tree House, the children's hospice for East and West Sussex, Brighton & Hove and South East Hampshire, has recently appointed Heather Ware as Corporate Fundraiser for Brighton & Hove and the surrounding areas.

Having spent the last 17 years working for an energy company, Heather is excited to be taking on a new rewarding role with a host of new challenges. Her previous roles within a large organisation provided her with a variety of skills that she will be bringing with her to the Corporate Partner position, ranging from stakeholder engagement, project management and workshop facilitation.
