I am pleased to be working with a successful multi-sited accountancy practice who are looking to add a Will Writer to their team. This role will suit someone that enjoys providing a personal service to clients – you will also work closely with the engagement partner to refer any complex tax advisory work.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and advising on Wills of various complexity, writing powers of attorney and other estate planning documentation and ensuring that all documents are legally accurate and professionally written
• Providing high quality, timely, professional advice
• Correspondence with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and other professionals
• Attending clients in their own environment as required
• Ensuring that all enquiries involving complex trusts, IHT advice etc, are referred to the engagement Partner

To succeed in this role:

• Experience of drafting wills and advising clients in relation to estate planning matters
• Your own means of transport
• STEP or will-writing/estate planning qualification
