This is your chance to join an expanding Accountants & Tax Advisors in a leadership position.

You’ll never catch yourself watching the clock here, you’ll be a key player in growing their VAT capabilities and indirect tax team.

Unlike your typical VAT team, the firm also focuses on a wide portfolio of other taxes including customs declarations & digital services tax, so this will be a varied role.

You’ll join a small team of 4 tax professionals, working closely alongside the Indirect Tax Director, who sits on a variety of committees, which has led to the firm having a close relationship with HMRC.

For this reason, you’ll gain great visibility in this position as well as the opportunity to influence policy and join the VAT practitioners group.

Progression and promotion are possible here. They’ll make a collaborative effort to support you in achieving your goals, challenging you and identifying areas they can help. There shouldn’t be anything in your biannual review that you don’t already know, your development will be a priority.

As well as this your efforts will not go unnoticed, they’ll be valued through a Christmas bonus and a discretionary Summer bonus.

For the majority of the time, you’ll be based in one location. However, there will be occasions you’ll be required to travel to other offices but rest assured they’re on the same train line.
