Treasury Consultant

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Treasury Analyst to progress their treasury career with a growing consultancy firm. This is a fast paced and extremely varied role that will offer exposure to all areas of treasury management within differing treasury environments.

Responsibilities

• Providing analytical, operational and project support for treasury assignments

• Assisting other consultants with the developing and on-going maintenance of inhouse treasury models and documents
• Supporting the execution of FX and interest rate risk management transactions for clients
• Delivering high-quality analytical and report output
• Working closely with other consultants to identify and target potential clients
• Supporting with the preparation of marketing materials and associated research efforts, together with project proposals as required

Requirements

• Accounting / Treasury qualification preferred
• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant treasury experience
• An understanding of cash management, payment processing and banking practices
• Familiarity with third party platforms associated with treasury operations e.g. Treasury Management Systems, Reuters/Bloomberg, 360T/FXall, and internet banking platforms
• Good working knowledge of core Microsoft products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with competency in Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualisation tools
• Analytical nature, combined with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and an ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to travel, together with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally
• Fluency in a major European language, in addition to English, would be advantageous
