Tax Assistant l Brighton

A great opportunity for a Tax Assistant to join a leading independent accountancy firm in their Brighton office, East Sussex.

Are you AAT/ATT part qualified or qualified with ambitions for a career in personal tax? Our client is looking for a motivated personal tax assistant help look after a varied client portfolio. Whilst initially the role will involve supporting the managers in a range of compliance work, but you will be introduced to advisory work, and will be involved in a range of research and project work.

The firm are based in centrally located offices, and have a lively and friendly team.They are committed to the continuing development of their team, so as well as in house training and support they will provide study support, particularly for ATT and eventually CTA. They also offer a competitive salary and benefits package including some flexible working, and lots of scope for future career progression.

About You

• Ideally ATT/AAT qualified or part qualified
• Solid personal tax experience gained either in a purely tax role or as part of a mixed tax and accounts role
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Confident liaising with clients and colleagues
• Organised and have excellent attention to detail
