Solicitor - Head of Residential Property

You’re an inspirational leader. You have a wealth of experience in Residential Property, as well as experience managing a team. You’re looking for a new challenge in your career, heading your own department. Sound like you? Then you’re perfect for this position.

You’ll be working in the main office of five of this well-regarded Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners listed firm, based in Uckfield. Taking on the mantle of the Head of Residential Property, the strategic responsibility for the department will lie with you.

The firm has experienced significant growth over the last ten years, and you should be prepared to engage in large amounts of business development to propel them even further. The firm expects you to be passionate about client care, with the ability to not only maintain their existing relationships, but to build many new ones.

What you already have:

  • Necessary qualification as either a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
  • Significant experience in dealing with a variety of Residential Property transactions
  • Skills and experience in leadership, and the management and development of a team
  • A strategic, “outside the box” disposition that would benefit a growing department
  • An enthusiastic approach to business development and marketing initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
