This firm is searching for a Revenue Controller to join their internal finance team in Crawley. They require an individual who shares their passion and drive for delivering accuracy and compliance with SRA’s Accounts Rules, Money Laundering Regulations, and the Practice’s internal procedures.

Their modern offices are in the heart of Crawley with free parking available for a convenient commute.

As a Revenue Controller, your role will include: Obtaining WIP information from lawyers and conducting WIP meetings with all partners, and lawyers where necessary; Ensuring prompt and accurate production of bills (ensuring they comply with relevant VAT rules and SAR’s); Ensuring correct coding of WIP. Supporting with Legal Cashier duties as required including accurate maintenance of: Client ledgers, petty cash records, disbursements, the firm’s internal bookkeeping, bank account transfers and reconciliations, compliance and data management.

For this job, we prefer candidates with experience in a legal environment, who can confidently liaise with clients and individuals at all levels within an organisation, excel at meeting deadlines independently, and consistently maintain confidentiality and integrity.

Hybrid working is available with 2 days from home per week and free parking on-site. Their working hours are 9-5 pm Monday to Friday.
