Do you have a passion for real estate development? Join the innovative real estate team at this firm’s Tunbridge Wells office, as their newest Residential Development Solicitor. They’re after an individual who shares their passion and drive for delivering on all-consuming, complex projects.

Providing an opportunity to work on specialist redevelopment projects and act for some of the UK’s leading residential developers, this role will embed you in the development industry, offering a fantastic client base rich with unique projects to motivate and excite you.

Borne from a brilliant legacy, this firm has a phenomenal reputation within the development world and is considered among the best at what they do. You will sit within an ambitious and collaborative team that will offer you wholehearted support and definitive career progression while trusting your capability to hold your own in a client-facing role, running projects largely independently, and providing support to those within management roles in doing so.

As this firm’s newest development solicitor, you’ll be working with national housebuilders, mixed-use developers, SMEs, trusts, and private landowners, advising on regeneration schemes, urban extensions, strategic land, residential housing developments, and more.

In addition to stellar clients and the wisdom of highly experienced partners, you will also benefit from their values. Recognising the cyclical nature of real estate development, this team is very focused on running its own business model, and its members pride themselves on maintaining the respect of their clients by producing quality work and prioritising business development.

For this job, you’ll ideally have:

  • 2+ years of PQE
  • Experience in residential development, particularly the ability to run a full development project from inception to conclusion
  • Knowledge of option agreements, overage, and Section 106 agreements, with a desire to remain informed on matters of residential development

Interested in becoming a legal specialist in the development world but unsure if your experience fits the calibre of work?
