Is the grind of fee-earning getting you down? Have you had enough with time recording? Do you want to share your legal knowledge and guide lawyers through the complexities of the Court of Protection legal system from an impressive Tunbridge Wells office?

Become a PSL Court of Protection Solicitor!

Join a Tier 1 Legal 500 Firm based in the beautiful city of Tunbridge Wells. As their new PSL Court of Protection Solicitor, you’ll be guiding this legal team, whether through developing the best practices and procedures or overseeing the Court of Protection training, or simply keeping the team up-to-date.

You’ll get to take a step away from the stress that is fee-earning and time recording, while knowing you’re still making a real difference to people’s lives. And you get to do this while working with an amazing Tunbridge Wells based team. Find that better work-life balance you’ve been looking for.

You don’t need to have specialised in Court of Protection to be considered for this role. If you have at least 20% of your caseload falling under Court of Protection, we’re more than happy to consider you; we know it’s quality over quantity of work!

For this role, you’ll ideally:

  • Have 8+ years PQE as a Private Client Solicitor / Lawyer / CILEx / Legal Executive
  • Have a desire to work as a PSL Court of Protection Solicitor

But we’re flexible! If you have an interest and experience in this area, but not the years, don’t worry – get in touch! We know that it’s not the time spent in the role, but what you’ve done there that matters, so we can’t wait to hear from you!
