You want to grow. You’re a great Residential Planning Solicitor, but change is needed. Not location, you love Southampton, but definitely your firm; there’s not exactly the best work-life balance there. You want to develop but you don’t want to burn yourself out doing it. And at your current firm, burnout feels like one bad day away.

Make that change! Join a growing planning department as their newest Planning Solicitor. With a clear track to Partnership at this leading Legal 500 Southampton based Firm, you’ll have the freedom to work how best suits you – with more to offer than just hybrid working, you’ll benefit from excellent leadership and a great Planning Solicitor legal team, as well as a Firm that takes active steps to improve your work-life balance.

From Southampton, you’ll be able to put your Residential Planning Solicitor expertise to good use, but able to leave work at the door when you go home, without impacting your legal career. Through your expertise, you’ll be able to aid the development of the department and the firm, giving you the independence to manage your own matters, hone your skills, and build new ones.

This well-established Southampton firm has an excellent reputation among both clients and lawyers. The firm is devoted to work-life balance – they want not just the best from you but for you – so 9 to 5 means 9-5pm!
