We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll professional to join a business in Uckfield with an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to a thriving organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll using Iris software
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages and salaries
• Maintain and update payroll records and employee data
• Handle payroll queries and provide resolutions in a professional manner
• Assist with payroll reporting and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless payroll operations
• Support with Purchase ledger
• Input and update invoice information

Requirements:

• Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably using Iris software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Immediate availability
