Part Time Payroller | Shoreham By Sea

We are recruiting for a Part-Time Payroller to join our client, a long-established Chartered Accountancy firm in Shoreham-By-Sea, West Sussex.

You will be joining a small, highly skilled and friendly team, based in centrally located offices in Shoreham-by-Sea.

This is a stand-alone role, managing a portfolio of around 30 client payrolls from start to finish. You will deal with starters and leavers, SSP, SMP, SPP calculations, auto-enrolment, P45/P46 etc. You will liaise with clients and HMRC, and ensure that all deadlines are met. This is a part-time role, working for around 20 hours per week.

About you:

• Previous payroll experience, ideally gained in an accountancy practice/ payroll bureau environment
• Update to date knowledge of relevant payroll legislation
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• If you have previously used Sage Payroll software that would be great!
