Part-Time Accounts Assistant (20 hours per week), Newhaven, East Sussex

Salary £25,000-28,000pa pro rata

A highly successful international retail business is seeking a part-time Finance Assistant to join their team due to company growth. The position requires circa 20 hours per week but there is some flexibility around hours if candidates are looking for slightly more / less. The hours will be worked predominantly on-site but they will consider a small amount of hybrid work such as 1 day per week.

Reporting directly to an experienced Finance Director, this individual will join a small, collaborative finance team in a varied role incorporating several aspects of AP / AR management, bank recs, payments, and assistance with month end. The ideal candidate will have solid experience of finance administration, especially concerning purchase ledger processes, and be able to work with speed and accuracy showing strong IT / technical skills.
