Outsourcing Assistant

We are working closely with our client looking for an Outsourcing Assistant to join their collaborative and adaptable team. This is a practice with a modern image and a close-knit, friendly team that ensures each member of their team is supported throughout their career. Responsibilities:

• Provide bookkeeping services to clients using Xero, Sage and Quickbooks online
• Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
• Assist with the preparation of management accounts and year-end journals

Requirements:

• Experience in preparing bookkeeping using cloud accounting
• Management of a client bookkeeping portfolio
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
