Outsourced Financial Controller

Our client in Camberley is currently searching for an Outsourced Financial Controller to join their growing company. If you’re passionate about finance and have experience in either a practice or industry, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

As an Outsourced Financial Controller, you’ll manage a portfolio of 5 diverse clients with turnovers ranging from £2 million to £18 million. Core responsibilities include client management and financial analysis. This will involve preparing management accounts, reviewing bookkeeping, and ensuring VAT returns are accurate and compliant. You will create cash flow projections to assist clients in financial planning, generate analytical reports, and collaborate with clients to develop and maintain budgets aligned with their business goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in management accounts, cash flow forecast and budget preparation
• Ideally accountancy practice experience, although industry applicants will be considered too
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero and IRIS as well as strong excel skills
