You’ll be joining a renowned team with over 100 years of history with their clients. In this role as a Licensing Executive, you’ll have go beyond the ‘bread-and-butter’ London market work. Whether you’re interpreting leases, acting as a bridge between landlords and tenants or even arranging the deed to a corridor so a tenant can combine two flats into one, you’ll be the point of contact and the embodiment of the firm’s relationship with their London clients.

With an experienced legal team at your back, secretarial support for your admin, and the opportunity to build your reputation and integrate yourself into the estates you support, you might find yourself sipping champagne at the annual party, or being invited to the clients’ estates across the UK.

For this role, you’ll ideally have:

• Have experience within Residential Property as a Licensing Executive, Legal Secretary, Paralegal, or similar role.
• Live within a daily commutable distance to London
• (Optional) Experience working with high net worth clientele.
