Interim Head of Finance

Offering an initial three month contract for a qualified Head of Finance to join a business based just on the northern outskirts of Eastbourne, East Sussex.

Working with the CEO and senior management team in a key visible role, you’ll assume responsibility for taking control of the reins of finance whilst the recruitment process for a permanent hire moves forward. The overall length of the contract will obviously be dictated by the notice period of the successful permanent hire.

Happy to schedule a call as there’s always a story to tell but key points to include:

• Qualified accountant ACA/CIMA OR ACCA
• Happy to work in rural East Sussex in a predominantly office base role, own transport required
• Be able to commit to the length of the contract likely 3-5 months
• Happy in a hands-on role within an SME environment able to hit the ground running supported by a small finance team
• Confident and happy to be be parachuted in with little handover but working alongside and guided by the SMT
