Head of Finance

Exclusively sourcing a qualified accountant to join as Head of Finance for a business rurally based on the eastern outskirts of Hailsham, East Sussex.

Working with the CEO and senior management team in a key visible role, you’ll assume responsibility for the finance function where you’ll also manage, coach and develop a small finance team.

There is of course a story to tell and a job description to read through with key points to include:

• Qualified accountant ACA, CIMA OR ACCA
• Happy to work in rural East Sussex in a predominantly office base role, own transport required
• You may have experience in a senior finance role or perhaps you are looking to make your first move from the profession
• Look to improve the communication and visibility of the finance function proactively liaising with stakeholders across the business.
• Comfortable in a hands-on role within an SME environment able to hit the ground running
