Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, this individual will manage a small team and be tasked with the below duties –

Role overview:

External Reporting

• Supporting the annual Group audit
• Preparing statutory accounts (FRS 102, IFRS and Dutch GAAP)
• Supporting external advisors with overseas submissions
• Other e.g. Payment Practices Reporting, CIR returns

Internal Reporting

• Preparing monthly consolidated finance pack
• Conducting quarterly internal audits
• Preparing monthly reforecast file
• Supporting the annual Group budget process
• Managing sales commission and bonus schemes

Business Partnering

• Supporting Group strategy and cross-functional projects
• Leading automation and improvement initiatives

People Management

• Supporting staff in reaching their career and training goals
• Providing mentorship and coaching as required

Candidate Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and FRS 102
• Advanced level Excel skills
• Must have own car (due to the office location)
