Finance Director

We’re working with a privately owned business based in the heart of Chichester, West Sussex, with the recruitment of a Finance Director to lead a small finance team play key role as the business continues to build on their success and market share.

Whether you’re looking for your next director role or that step up in your career, you’ll be able to demonstrate a good range of quality experience backed up by a professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a passion for business growth coupled with that all important entrepreneurial flair.

This is not a role which just provides safe stewardship of the company finances. There is that of course but you’ll flourish in a change and challenged environment where you’ll enjoy not being pigeonholed or restricted. Although there’s a team to support you, you’ll be as comfortable in a hands-on role as you would be at the board table.

As mentioned above, the office is based in central Chichester with public parking available within a very short walk. This is an office based and full time position.
