Finance Director

Are you a commercially focused Finance Director looking for your next challenge or perhaps a Finance Controller frustrated at your current employer with a limited chance of progression or development?

We’re working with an established privately owned business with the recruitment of a Finance Director. In a visible role, you’ll lead a small finance team playing a key role as the business continues to consolidate and further build on its success.

Although the finance team is there to support you, you’ll be as comfortable in a hands-on role as you would be at the board table adept in all things strategic planning, operation & process management and financial analysis with a passion for developing innovative financial models, systems, and KPI metrics.

Whether you’re looking for your next director role or that step up in your career, you’ll be able to demonstrate a broad range of experience gained within the hospitality or travel sectors at the luxury end of the market. Your experience will be supported by a professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).

In terms of working pattern, a blended remote/hybrid approach is on offer as there are several offices where on occasion, you’ll be required to have a presence. Most likely you’ll be based a reasonable commute into West London.
