Finance Director

Are you a commercially focused Finance Director looking for your next challenge or perhaps a Finance Controller frustrated at your current employer with a limited chance of progression or development?

We’re working with an established privately owned business experiencing tremendous growth over recent years with the recruitment of a Finance Director. Based on the outskirts of Bristol, you will lead a small finance team playing a key role as the business continues to consolidate and further build on its success.

Although there’s a finance team to support you, you’ll be as comfortable in a hands-on role as you would be at the board table adept in all things strategic planning, operation & process management and financial analysis with a passion for developing innovative financial models, systems, and KPI metrics.

Whether you’re looking for your next director role or that step up in your career, you’ll be able to demonstrate a broad range of quality experience backed up by a professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).

In terms of working pattern, a hybrid approach of three days in the office with two remote days workers is available.
