Based in central Brighton, this Senior Employment Solicitor role offers the opportunity for an employment law expert to work at a leading firm whose reach extends much further than the seaside.

Working alongside this large firm’s corporate and commercial dispute resolution teams, your responsibilities as a Senior Employment Solicitor will primarily cover general employer and respondent work, with a smaller portion of employee-focused matters.

Your remit as a Senior Employment Solicitor will span a mix of both contentious and non-contentious work, as you provide regional support for the Head of Department who is based in London. You’ll receive all the resources and trust necessary to build upon your impressive legal career within a renowned national firm, with the additional opportunity to be involved in international cases.

For this Senior Employment Solicitor role, you will ideally:

• Have at least 6 years of post-qualification experience as an Employment Solicitor
• Be comfortable working on a hybrid basis from the firm’s Brighton office
