Employment Solicitor (NQ-3)

This progressive regional firm is seeking a newly qualified Employment Solicitor with up to 3 years of Post Qualification Experience, or a Chartered Legal Executive, to join the close-knit team of Employment law experts based in their central Brighton office.

Situate yourself in a prime position to develop as a newly qualified Employment Solicitor under the wing of two partners, working closely with them and learning from their diverse experience across the spectrum of Employment law. Your job will include attending client meetings, drafting legal documents such as settlement agreements, conducting advocacy, and supporting the two Partners within your department.

Ideally, you will have:

• Employment law experience (If NQ, one seat in Employment)
• The ability to conduct your own advocacy
• Confidence when dealing with employees, employers and owner-managers
• Strong legal drafting skills.
