This progressive and people-oriented firm is seeking a newly qualified Employment Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join the close-knit team of Employment law experts based in their Chandler’s Ford, Southampton office.

Situate yourself in a prime position to develop as a newly qualified Employment Solicitor under the wing of the department head, learning from their eloquent yet empathetic approach to tackling legal issues. As a firm with an ethos of sustainability, this is the ideal placement for a newly qualified solicitor with career progression in mind.

Your job will be to help your clients navigate the ever-changing landscape of employment law, under the guidance of legal heavyweights. Dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters, including regulation compliance, termination packages, disputes, tribunals, mergers, and redundancies; you will advise a varied client base that includes a mixture of small and large corporations as well as senior executive-level individuals.

Ideally, you will have:

• At least one full training seat within a recognised Employment Team
• Experience across the spectrum of employment matters
