Credit Controller l Brighton

Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for an exciting new role in the Brighton area?

We are working with a fast-growing chartered accountancy firm who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their lively team. The firm is based in lovely offices in the heart of Brighton, they offer excellent training and support and a friendly working environment

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients directly, and business owners via email & telephone
• Using software to send statements and record notes on (training will be provided)
• Liaising with internal managers, partners, Head of Finance & Chief Finance Officer
• Working out payment plans
• Resolution of customer queries and escalating as necessary
• Processing card payments
• Escalation of debtors for legal action

About you

• A couple of years Credit Control experience
• Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
• Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
• Good experience of working within a business-to-business setting
• Previous accounts experience is desirable but not essential
