As the new Court of Protection Solicitor on this Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked team, you’ll be there to support the vulnerable and fight for their protection, working closely with the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury teams. As part of this dedicated team, you’ll be working on complex cases such as those involving birth and brain injuries.

Join this Tunbridge Wells based firm, and you’ll work beyond Kent with this nationally recognised legal team. You’ll gain insights into matters nationwide, work with clients beyond Kent and work on complex and high-value legal matters.

For this role, you’ll ideally:

• Have 3+ years PQE as a Court of Protection Solicitor / Lawyer / Legal Executive
