Taking the lead as the new Court of Protection Partner with this Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked team, you’ll be there to guide your team of solicitors as they fight for the protection of those most vulnerable, working closely with the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury teams. As part of this dedicated team, you’ll be working on complex cases such as those involving birth and brain injuries.

Join this Tunbridge Wells based firm, and you’ll work beyond Kent with this nationally recognised legal team. You’ll gain insights into matters beyond Kent, work with clients all over the country and work on complex and high-value legal matters.

For this role, you’ll ideally:

• Have 9+ years PQE as a Court of Protection Partner / Solicitor / Lawyer / Legal Executive
