Court of Protection Paralegal

Join this prestigious Court of Protection Legal team based in the heart of Kent. As the new Court of Protection Paralegal on this Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked team, you’ll be there to support the solicitors as they fight for the protection of those most vulnerable.

You’ll work beyond Kent with this nationally recognised legal team, gaining valuable insights as you work with clients all over the country, on complex and high-value legal matters.

As a Court of Protection paralegal for this dedicated team, you’ll be truly making a difference through your job whilst benefitting from the firm’s size and prestige. You’ll work closely with the their Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury teams on a variety of cases involving the most vulnerable of clients, to ensure the best possible outcome for all.

For this role, you’ll ideally have:

• At least a year of experience as a paralegal
• (Desirable) Prior experience working on Court of Protection matters.
