You’ll be able to work with a supportive and encouraging legal team, who handle M&A Corporate Solicitor matters from £1 million to £100 million. You’ll be encouraged to aid in this Horsham firm’s development, building strong and lasting relationships with your clients with sectors in manufacturing to software to pet food. You’ll never get bored with so much variety at your fingertips.

You’ll have the independence to handle your matters unsupervised, as well as offer supervision of the team’s paralegal, guiding the development of the junior legal team members. You’ll also be assisting with the larger scale M&A Corporate Solicitor matters of up to £100 million. You’ll gain invaluable experience with this collaborative Horsham team who encourage questions, readily offer their knowledge, and keep the door open for your career development.

For this role, you’ll ideally have:

• 2 to 5 years PQE as a M&A Corporate Solicitor / Lawyer
• (Optional) Experience with Corporate Finance, Reorganisation, Shareholder Agreements not required, but would be a bonus.
