This firm is looking for a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with up to 2 years of experience to join the ambitious team of real estate experts based in their Tunbridge Wells office.

Situate yourself in a prime position to learn under the wing of a department head with an impressively long tenure, together with a large number of partners and senior associates whose expertise will be invaluable to your development. In addition, the team benefits from the support of a Professional Support Lawyer. Your job will be to help your clients navigate the landscape of commercial property law under the guidance of legal experts, dealing with a complete array of matters while you hone your skills and build a solid foundation of property knowledge. The work will encompass property portfolio management, commercial landlord and tenant, residential and commercial development, development finance, rural and agricultural property, and secured lending. You’ll then have the opportunity to specialise in your chosen field once you’ve established the area of commercial property that brings you the most enjoyment and satisfaction.

Ideally, you will have:

• At least one full training seat within a recognised commercial property team
• A genuine passion and drive, together with commerciality, to specialise in commercial property
