Take matters into your own hands and become the newest Commercial Litigation Solicitor at this renowned Legal 500 firm. You’ll be instrumental in expanding the already wide range of expertise that this firm offers, working on a multitude of matters from their Dartford office.

They’re looking for a driven solicitor who has established themselves within the region using their expertise as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to incorporate into their like-minded team.

The advice you offer will span from contractual disputes and breaches (both domestic and international) to IP protection, director and shareholder disputes, and professional negligence claims.

With a collaborative team and clear progression, you’ll have the space you need to thrive in this role. You’ll receive all the guidance and supervision you desire, as well as the opportunity to work as part of a team on large-scale disputes, all the while exercising the autonomy you’ve earned with years of experience.

For this Commercial Litigation Solicitor role, you’ll ideally have:

  • 4+ years of PQE as a Commercial Dispute Resolution/Commercial Litigation Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Litigator
  • Experience with construction matters would be advantageous

Does the above not resemble your experience? We recognise that job titles can be subjective, so if you have a keen interest in this area and relevant experience, we encourage you to get in touch.
