With a legal team whose technical expertise is second to none, you’ll be handling both domestic and international matters across varied TMT industries, resolving IP, copyright, patents, and design disputes, misuse of confidential information matters, and database rights cases. You’ll raise the already high bar for this talented Brighton team.

For this role, you’ll ideally have:

• 8+ years PQE as a TMT Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor / Partner
• Experience with IP, copyright, and technology matters.
