We have a fantastic opportunity for an Audit Manager to join a growing chartered accountancy firm in Eastbourne, East Sussex

Are you an experienced audit specialist looking to progress your career? If so this rare opportunity with a forward thinking Sussex based accountancy firm might be for you. Their audit team is winning lots of new business so there is a range of interesting work and loads of opportunity to learn and progress you career.

In your new role as Audit Manager you will be managing a mixed portfolio of clients, being responsible for planning and delivering audit and accounts assignments on time and to budget, overseeing the work and development of more junior members of the team, and being the first point of contact for clients. The client portfolio consists of corporate and charity audits and independent examinations.

In this client facing role you’ll be encouraged to use your own initiative and develop your management skills with the opportunity for long term career progression.

What we’re looking for:

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Extensive experience of working on/leading UK audits
• Working knowledge of accounts and tax production
• Strong technical skills, ambitious and highly motivated
• Committed to providing the highest levels of client service
