Associate Partner – Global Compliance (Indirect Tax)

If you’re an Associate Partner in pursuit of progression or a Director ready to take a step up, then look no further.

Here’s your chance to join this Big 4 firm as an Associate Partner, who’ll quickly embark on the path to Equity Partner.

You’ll join a successful global compliance team of 27, working closely alongside the current Partner, acting as their peer in the UK market.

This is a market-facing Associate Partner role, you’ll be getting yourself out there by identifying and winning new business opportunities.

Progression is the goal, but to get there, you’ll need to be someone willing to get their hands dirty to form a strong & trusting relationship with your team. In many ways, this is an empowering position. By rolling up your sleeves, as Associate Partner you’ll be enabling this team to become the best version of themselves.

Unlike other Big 4 teams, you’ll have autonomy here. So you don’t need to worry about stifling corporate red tape, you’ll have the freedom to lead your team in the way you’d like to lead them.
