Accounts Senior

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Senior to join a successful accountancy firm in East Sussex.

We are working with a leading independent firm of chartered accountants in Lewes, East Sussex to recruit an experienced Accounts Senior to join their growing business services team. In this key role you will be part of a professional and supportive team, working with a range of SME clients, preparing year end and management accounts, and tax computations. You will also mentor more junior members of the team and liaise with other departments in the firm. There is plenty of training and support to help you maximise your skills, and there is plenty of scope to progress your career in the future. The firm are big enough to have an interesting range of clients, but small enough to retain a family feel. They are based in modern, well located offices and offer free parking

About you

• Extensive recent accounts preparation experience gained in an accountancy firm
• Part qualified AAT/ACCA/ACA or QBE
• Good working knowledge of cloud based accounting software such as Xero, Sage and Quickbooks
• Organised, detail minded with strong communication skills
