Harvey John have partnered with a friendly accountancy practice who are looking for a capable Client & Practice Manager to join their team. This is a newly created role that will support the Directors in looking after a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses, whilst also taking an active involvement in the day-to-day running of the practice.

A detailed job description is available on request, however key responsibilities for the role include:
  • Day-to-day practice management
  • Workflow planning
  • Billing & WIP management
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Client relationship management
  • Financial statements, tax compliance and management accounting for a portfolio of clients
  • Developing and supervising the junior team, including reviewing their work

To succeed in this role, you will be ACA or ACCA-qualified with demonstrable experience in team management, involvement in practice management responsibilities, workflow planning and strong technical knowledge in tax and accounting for small and medium-sized businesses.
