Conduct Regulation | What is it?

‘The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses’ is a document that is shaped by the provisions enshrined in The Employment Agencies Act of 1973 and The Employment Business Regulations of 2003. Introduced in 2003 by the Department of Business, Innovations and Skills (BIS), these regulations create a framework that governs the way the UK recruitment industry should operate and, ultimately, provides you – as the work seeker or hirer – with a codified document of what you can expect from us.
