Terms of Engagement & Limited Company

Terms of Engagement

Terms of Engagement are our terms that you sign prior to an assignment that form a part of three way contract between the agency, our client and temporary worker. We adopted the latest REC Terms of Engagement.

Limited Company

“A limited company is a legal entity in its own right, created in accordance with the Companies Acts. Limited companies are registered at Companies House, which issues a certificate of incorporation and a unique registered company number. Companies can repeatedly change their registered name but never their registered number. All companies have at least one director, a company officer and at least one shareholder. They also have a Memorandum and Articles of Association. This will be the case for all private and public limited companies incorporated in the UK whether they are one-man, composite or umbrella companies. Therefore the differences between them are really based on their operation rather than their constitution” REC Website.

Limited companies are more complex as we have to complete an assessment to see which contracts to adopt, this may effect your IR35 status.
