Bookkeeper, Brighton. Our client is a new and exciting food retail business based in Brighton with the primary store and Head Office to be based in Brighton. The first store is likley to be open by the end of the year and within a three year period having stores across the major cities across the UK, this an exciting time to join the business! The role will support the business management in processing, maintaining accounting transactions and payments. The role initially will involve setting up and establishing the accounting systems and processes.

Thereafter duties will include processing supplier invoice and payments; dealing with supplier quires; bank reconciliations; producing sales invoices and managing the sales ledger and credit control.

The successful candidate will have experience in accounts payable and receivable understand general bookkeeping processes and be pro-active self starter who can adapt and respond to the requirement of a going business. AAT or part qualified AAT would be an advantage.
