Based in Guildford (Surrey) a firm of Solicitors with over 30 Partners are looking to recruit a Banking & Finance Partner. Candidates will be expected to have some client following.

The Banking & Finance department regularly advises banks, financial institutions and borrowers on debt finance and security arrangements. The team operates as part of the Corporate and Commercial group with work including property finance transactions; corporate acquisition finance facilities, in particular in MBOs and debt refinancing and rescheduling. They typically advise corporate clients on matters such as the terms of loan facilities, guarantees, charges and other security documents, intercreditor/subordination arrangements, bonding lines and hedging and derivative instruments.
