HR Manager, Dartford. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an HR Manager to join this innovative international blue chip company in Dartford, Kent. This role is responsible for providing management support in all aspects of the Southern branch HR delivery in conjunction with the companys protocols, strategy and process. Responsibility for the facilitation, management and delivery of all HR projects and process improvement initiatives across the business.

Duties will include manage succession planning issues; staff and labour resourcing for branch operations; recruit and manage specialist professionals and coordinate the resourcing strategy; deploy HR initiatives and programmes into the branch; implement and manage training plans; co-ordinate the people delivery elements of the HR strategy and any other generalist HR duties.

All applicants will be CIPD qualified and educated to degree level. Candidates must have senior generalist experience in HR delivery within a commercial/industrial operations role coupled with exposure to working with multi area remote teams. The company offers a progressive approach to people development and structured training and development programmes for all employees exemplified by low staff turnover. Applicants must be flexible to travel.
