Sales Ledger Controller, Nr Lewes, East Sussex. Harvey John accountancy recruitment is working with an established privately owned business with the recruitment of a Sales Ledger Controller. Reporting to the Management Accountant, this is an integral role within the business working as part of the finance team.
The role will be to look after customer accounts and oversee the day to day running of these accounts for the long term to strengthen relationships and reduce the outstanding debt. There is a job description for all shortlisted candidates who will have experience in this area of finance.
Because of the location of the office, applicants will require their own transport, duties to include:
- Sales Invoicing, circa 800 per month
- Raising credit notes
- Daily Bank Reconciliation
- Inputting customer remittance advices
- Credit checking
- Daily credit control
- Customer payment history analysis
