Corporate Finance Executive/Assistant

We are recruiting for a Corporate Finance Executive to join a highly successful boutique corporate finance advisory business in the Brighton area, East Sussex.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be come part of of a highly skilled team who carry out a range of work including managing acquisitions, disposals and management buys outs. You will involved in supporting the managers in all stages of a transaction – assisting in the preparation of due diligence reports, providing in depth analysis of companies, interrogation and aggregation of information from various research sources and databases, drafting sales documents and various other reports and presentations.
You will work with owner managed, entrepreneurial and private equity-backed businesses from a
broad range of industries and sectors so this is a really varied and interesting role providing a great stepping stone in your career in corporate finance.

About you:

• Either you will have already gained some experience as a corporate finance assistant
• Or, be working in an audit/accountancy practice role and are now looking to move into corporate finance
• Good attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ambitious and keen to pursue a career in corporate finance
